2023 San Diego adobe home tour

Print your ticket out and bring it with you.  Cell phone QR code ticket accepted but a printed out ticket is preferred.  We suggest you print out these instructions too.  Exchange your ticket for a program at the Sikes Adobe Historic Farmstead parking area at 12655 Sunset Dr., Escondido CA 92025 after 10:20 am.  Home addresses will be in the program, and your program becomes your pass to see the homes.  Ticket-program exchange ends at 3:00 pm, with the Sikes Adobe Historic Farmstead closing at 3:30pm and homes closing at 4:00 pm.  Your program will include tour home addresses and/or a very basic map to the four private adobe homes (three in south Escondido, one in north Poway), their addresses verified by using google maps, which we recommend you use for driving directions.  Also plan on touring the Sikes Adobe Historic Farmstead and grounds in its restored glory.  

Driving time from the centrally located Sikes adobe is estimated to be 10-20 minutes or less to each home, with total estimated driving time under one hour.  Event style bathrooms are available for tour guests on the Sikes grounds.  There is no favored order or route to see the homes.  Be aware there will be uneven surfaces and steps without handrails.  This is a self guided tour, and is a rain or shine event.  Ticket price including fees is just under $32.  Well behaved children under 12 are free. 

Tickets are only sold on-line through our ticket vendor BOLDTYPETICKETS in Seattle Washington.  Your bank statement credit card charge will look like this: BTT READER TICKETS and with processing fees will be just under $32 per ticket purchased.  All purchases are non-refundable, in support of the Escondido History Center.
