Adobe Home Tour 2018: North, East & South Escondido March 18th 2018 (REMEMBER TO PRINT AND BRING YOUR TICKET WITH YOU!)

- Be aware there will be some uneven surfaces, steep driveways, and steps without handrails.
Join us on March 18, 2018 for the eighth annual Adobe Home Tour event benefiting the Escondido History Center from 10:30am to 4pm. Attendees will be able to visit five stunning homes in north, east and south Escondido. These homes feature some of the most interesting and innovative adobe architecture of the time.
**TICKETS MUST BE PRINTED AND BROUGHT WITH YOU TO THE TOUR!!
Ticket home addresses will be posted on our adobehometour.com website on and after Wednesday, March 14 th , and will also be available at the Escondido History Center, on that Wednesday through Saturday, 10am – 4pm. 760-743- 8207. You may start the tour at any one of the three stated “ticket homes”, where you will exchange your ticket for a program. To avoid the lines, try starting at the East or North Escondido house.
Your program becomes your ticket for the remaining homes, and will contain a map with all five addresses. Estimated driving total driving time between all homes: 50 minutes to 1
The self-guided home tour runs from 10:30am to 4pm.
Tickets go on sale December 15.
NOTE: Wear comfortable shoes and please remember that homes are not handicap accessible.
Mid-century custom designed adobe brick homes, all unique. Styles ranging from western rambling to eclectic castle. Homes on the tour this year will be examples of local designers/builders Aerosmith-Burton, Bob Weir, Forrest Holly, George Patterson, and Weir Bros. Construction.
